“I would like say a massive Thank You to Mary at the Dalston Branch for her sensitive approach when dealing with my aunt’s funeral. Mary is the first person who greets you with a lovely cup of tea and put you at ease when sorting out the process of the funeral plan.
Mary kept me up to date throughout the process and even after the funeral contacted me to check that I was ok.
Also at one point when things became difficult towards the end, (through no fault of the company) T. Cribb & Sons pulled out all the stops to ensure that the funeral went according to my aunt’s wishes.

Denise was wonderful, she went out of her way to make a hard process a bit easier. Nothing was too much trouble & she was always there when we kept calling & emailing because we had forgotten something.
The drivers on the day were brilliant, they organised everything & were really helpful.
