I would like say a massive Thank You to Mary at the Dalston Branch for her sensitive approach when dealing with my aunt’s funeral. Mary is the first person who greets you with a lovely cup of tea and put you at ease when sorting out the process of the funeral plan. Mary kept me up to date throughout the process and even after the funeral contacted me to check that I was ok. Also at one point when things became difficult towards the end, (through no fault of the company) T. Cribb & Sons pulled out all the stops to ensure that the funeral went according to my aunt’s wishes. Everything was conducted professionally and beautifully presented from the Horse Drawn Hearst to the Order of Service programmes. Thank you Mary for all your support and thank you T. Cribb & Sons for giving my aunt Kathleen a beautiful send off.
