I cannot thank you enough for the perfect send off you gave our cousin.
The hearse drawn by beautiful black horses with purple plumes her favourite colour were amazing and the purple handles on the coffin nothing was too much trouble for you. Tina the lady at your Upminster branch was amazing and the conductor and staff on the day of the funeral were superb. They were smart and caring and reassuring throughout. I will highly recommend you to relatives and friends thank you so much.
