From the first moment we made the hard call at my dads care home to T Cribbs benfleet , to the last day we collected my dads ashes …. Absolute 5 star service throughout , and cannot fault them at all , the professional way they was you would say that’s what they are there for and to provide that service , however the personal and caring side that they showed throughout was outstanding, from 1st appointment meeting Allison to discuss funeral plans , sorting out the order of services etc,to speaking to maddie who did such an amazing job with my dad for us to visit at the chapel he looked lovely 😊 , and Phil who directed the cars and service was planned so well and was so caring throughout the day , and he even went out of his way to bring our flowers we wanted back in his own car later that day , no negative thoughts what so ever just all positives and am hoping they all see and read these reviews as for us all they made a day so hard run so we’ll and no stress whatsoever, thank you all at T Cribbs Benfleet from all the Thompson family x”

“On the 13th July T Cribbs and sons gave my mother Theresa a superb send off the cars were on time and immaculate the staff were amazing polite and brilliant at there job. Marcus took the time to phone me the day before the service to go through what would be happening on the day of the service . We could not have asked for more . A huge thank you to Dawn for doing an incredible job she came highly recommended at Cribbs for her meticulous planning and first-class professionalism at all times. I’m so grateful she made my life so much easier given that I’d only just recently lost my mum. She thinks ok complete control and I can’t begin to thank you enough for everything that you did for Dad. The four white horses and the white coach was breathtaking everyone in Upminster in the high street stopped to watch the horses go by. Thank you especially to Jack and all the guys for being so kind to me and my family for being so sensitive to our feelings, for being there for us and for holding that precious space for us. Everything was completely perfect it might seem a bit strange to describe it as magical but it really was. Lastly, I’d like to say thank you to Jack and his colleague who came for Mum and then 8 months later for dad for being so incredibly sensitive and caring and arriving so promptly during the most difficult of times that we were all experiencing then.
