“Rented several times at Sykes and were always content!
Lovely houses and easy to make bookings. When we had a little problem with the last house we had help from Syke‘s staff immediatly.”
“I've not had any negative experiences and over the last few years of booking, I have only had to make contact once and that was to rectify an issue of my own making (booked incorrect dates) and it was resolved very quickly (the app wouldn't allow me to do it, but customer services were very good).
Otherwise, communication regarding bookings has always been spot on, keys have always been ready to be collected on time (usually earlier) and the properties have always been nice.”
“I was a bit sceptical about booking a cottage on a website that I didn’t know whether it was legitimate, but I’m glad I did. Sykes cottages is one of the best websites with plenty of choices all around the country. Thanks for making the booking system easy and plenty of choices also you can even book with just a deposit. Thanks Sykes Cottages.”
“I have uesed sakes cottages for many years now and they never let me down brilliant web page easy to navigate throw simple payments
Never used anyone else”
“Incorrect information deleted before I was able to contact you. Consequently you have denied me compensation for leaving the accommodation early. You have basically called me a liar when I complained. I came home with a badly bruised back and now still have backache”
“Great selection of properties to choose from, all parts of the country are covered, to fit everyone’s budget. We have used them a few times now, never had any issues with them, trouble free holidays so far, excellent company.”
“No interest in supporting me when I reported the most filthy cottage I've ever stayed in. Hard to contact, and clearly don't vet properties properly any more. Thoroughly disappointed in them.”
“Sykes cottages is a very good website for booking short holidays! Any questions and you can call up the customer service centre. I really enjoyed my stay using Sykes cottages and would recommend this to anyone.”
“Have been using Sykes Cottages for about 10 years and have always found them exactly as described on the website. Have never been disappointed with the holiday accommodations.”
“We loved the cottage. We stayed there previously some years ago too.
