“I’ve asked you a few questions since booking ( 2 days ago) about accidentally booking a holiday on top of a National event Boardmasters in Newquay and whether the holiday will be affected due to road road closures and parking ( after all if we can’t get to the holiday let how do you propose we stay) it really should of been advertised on the site as this is a fistral beach cottage and then I would have avoided this! I have received zero communication zero help zero advice absolutely appalling service and I’ve yet to pay the full amount ( wish I had read your customer reviews on first) it’s not looking great is it!”

Heading north through the village turn into the driveway immediately before the white building of the vicarage. Really good village shop with great food from the cafe opposite.”

“Sykes we're getting handling my booking but I always struggle immensely unless I can speak to an agent. Spoken to you b4 and you are super helpful. I don't know system wrll enough and wad anxious and had questions which cldnt be resolved by ne and my device. Just wantcto say that 10 am checkout is way too early with 2 kids under 7 if you want to leave unit as clean as you'd like and necessitates you spending your last day attending to household tasks as well as packing and not cooking. Small gripe. A slightly bigger one which I intended to bring to owners attention is that the main part of the oven dies not work which caused big problem on our 1st night and should gave been fixed as I saw it HD previously been commented on. Didn't think I had to call to say gave any such important issues been addressed. It was inconvenient cooking for 6 and I finally had to do cook for kids 1st and then adults. Managed but not enuf oven trays to only cook in narrow part of oven. Moan over. I'd love to come again as it was beautiful, spotlessly clean, comfortable, spacious inside and outside and a view I cld have looked at all day but some issues previoysly raised have not been dealt with and it is a lot of money to tolerate these things as you may do iin your own house but you come to get away from maintenance problems so although wld live to revisit, please oay zome attentionnto matters raused ir theres no point in reviews being left. Undoubtedly blown away by the overall loveliness and comfort. The village had a spar and a premier and Barmouth beach a short drive away. Harlech castle a good day out but poor facilities at beach car park ie only 1 of 3 WCs open. Council need a boot methinks. It has a premier store close by so you can shop on way home. Beddgelert a pleasant visit with a couple of pretty shops and eateries. Porthmadog good day out with playground, lots of shops m,cafes and the steam railway and pretty harbour. Think I'm done.”
“We had a lovely stay in Tra Gheal. It was very clean, well equiped and comfortable, perfect for our family, with everything we needed for our 2 week stay. The huge garden and field attached to the house, was a good place to relax and unwind and we were lucky to spot a hare in the garden one morning! A fantastic place also to sightsee with all the places within easy reach by car, as well as the local shops, pubs etc being only 10min drive away. We would recommend this property.”

“Stopped at the premises with my husband and parents for 3 nights as a short break away to celebrate my birthday. The owner was very welcoming and helpful, and the cottage was spacious, welcoming and very well equipped. Located in the centre of Cemaes Bay, reaching the beach and all other amenities was easy. We had a fabulous time and would highly recommend stopping at this lovely property located in an idyllic seaside location.”
