“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Pauline and Gordon’s place. They were incredibly attentive and always available to promptly address any minor daily issues that arose. The house is ideally located, making it easy to explore the surrounding region and enjoy everything it has to offer.
The home is very well-equipped, though the addition of a tumble dryer would be a welcome convenience. Our only concern was the noise level. The proximity to both a pub and a pedestrian bridge connecting to the neighborhood across the river means that people pass by late at night, sometimes loudly. This was unfortunate, as it slightly detracted from an otherwise wonderful experience.
Overall, we highly recommend this property for its comfort, location, and the hosts’ exceptional hospitality.”
“Wow! Simply Wow! A beautiful house where you feel you are by the seaside and enjoying the best of Scarborough without even leaving the house! Beach and seaside themed throughout. The attention to detail is stunning - down to a Scarborough themed Monopoly. The most comfortable beds and bedding ever.
We loved having a gaming living room and another living room. TVs in almost every room. The stunning Christmas decorations and the beautiful food hampers in all the downstairs rooms. The only regret was having to leave!
The location of the property is fantastic. Park at the house and walk everywhere to explore the centre, the seaside and the shops.”

“A comfortable cottage in a wonderful position, lovely walks along the creek. A great place to spend Christmas with the added delight of carol singing on the Village Green outside the front door.”
“Lovely situated property. Had lovely views over the bay which were particularly magnificent at sunset.
Very close to the castle and other amenities in Upper Harlech. Harlech beach was great.
The property was very clean and well maintained.

The valley is such a fabulous setting and you have lots of fabulous food available close by! Fish cottage is a personal favourite! Three parking spaces is also a win!
I will say that I think this cottage needs a little TLC and money spending on it. The grounds were a little unkept, huge garden & fabulous views, but wouldn’t take much to have a good sweep up and put away children’s toys!
The kitchen units could do with a lick of paint and the bathroom tiles re grouting or replacing! The under sink units could do with an update!
To summarise, I would stay again, in the hope the owner takes the feedback from their reviews!”
“We had the most wonderful stay over the Christmas holidays. The house was absolutely immaculate and exceptionally well equipped, with every detail thoughtfully considered. The festive touches were beautiful, especially the stunning Christmas tree, which made the stay feel truly special. The games room was a fantastic bonus and provided hours of fun for everyone. Mark was incredibly welcoming, greeting us on arrival and checking in again when we left to ensure everything was perfect.
