Great views from apartment, lots of stairs to get in, but once in very nice, spacious living dinning kitchen area, tv a bit small, no insturctions for the washer/dryer,but everything else spot on. The main bedroom a bit dark, noise from people using the metal fire escape stairs and reversing delivery vehicles, The bed very soft but very comfy. The 2nd bedroom to the back of the apartment is small but has a comfy bed, although when stripping the linen off there were old stains on the pillow and mattress protectors, the shower never seemed to work very well, couldn't get constant warm water, and I did notice the pressure on the tap was hit n miss, There was a lot of noise from the property above during unsocial hours, which did ruin our stay, You could hear people coming and going using the internal stairs of the building. Everything you would need was there in the main living area, could do with a long mirror in the 2nd bedroom and extra draw space in place of the storage box would be good. The apartment was warm enough with the heating on a fare bit, although we could feel the cold coming through the beatiful big bay window which was a shame. We can reccomend the chinese not far from the apartment, we left the leaflet for others. We don't reccomend The Cats Pjama's cafe next to the victorian lift, the service was very slow and not pleasent, and the sliced cake was dry, but no apology was given when it mentioned, the girl said it was a few days old that's why. give it a miss. We would Defo reccomend this beatiful modern apartment to anyone who doesn't mind the stairs or distance to the ameneties, and are not light sleepers like me.

Myself, my husband and daughter had a lovely stay. Karl was always available if we needed him. Everything was at the cottage from kitchen towels, tea, coffee, milk, kitchen foil etc, you don't need anything from home. The hot tub was bliss and well.needed after being out walking all day and the views were lovely. Beds were comfy and the tv's in the rooms were great too. It's situated in a perfect location to get to lots of placed like matlock, alton towers, peak animal park, bakewell and plenty more places of interest. We will definitely be back as there is still lots more places to explore. Thanks karl

Sykes have always been 100% reliable with every property we have booked through them, which is quite a few. Properties have been excellent and information, communication, payment options and level of service has been first class. The app is great when looking for and comparing properties and also handy when you are away as all the necessary information is there to hand on your phone. The Bloom scheme offers discounts and booking is simple. Really happy with the service.

A lovely lodge - all you need for a comfortable, cosy stay. It is in a perfect position with views directly over the sea and sandy beach. A super decking area surrounding part of the lodge. A private gated access to one side of the lodge leads to the beach. My dog loved heading this way to walk and explore the beach - we did too! A day out on the Norfolk broads, hiring a day boat, and a visit to Blickling Estate made for a perfect stay at Seaview Lodge. Storm Benjamin hit the coast during one day of our stay which gave us the perfect excuse to stay tucked away inside for most of the day. Would definitely recommend it and would love to return one day.

Roselle Cottage was everything we wanted - clean, very roomy, nice back garden and good location for us to visit Lincoln. We enjoyed our 6 days with our 2 collie dogs.

We had a great stay at Foreman's. The house is extremely comfortable and we were made very welcome by Guy, the owner. Winestead is perfect for visiting Beverley, Scarborough and Bridlington. Spurn nature reserve is very close and made an interesting day out - no dogs allowed past a certain point which was understandable. Andrea, Julie and Beau the dog

We enjoy staying atEverdene. In fact this was our 3rd visit. It is liike a home from home. The beds are comfy and the place is always well cleaned. The only thing lacking is a few kitchen items such a oven shelves and grill rack together with a few utensils. We also think the TV is a bit small and difficult to use.
