“The park and location are lovely, but the accommodation, 1 Southern Place was very disappointing. Do not believe the pictures as they bear no relation to the reality. Flooring was damaged throughout, the cosy sofa in the pics has been replaced with a cold 'leatherette' (plastic) one, no exercise bike in the Spa room. An as for the roof terrace well that is just a joke, no inviting sun loungers or table and chairs as per the pics, totally unusable.
We left feeling very cheated.”

The online description of the beds and bathrooms could have been clearer, as these were very important to us, but we were able to call the owner to clarify the details so we knew what to expect.
