The seat could do with a clean quiet a lot of debris between cushions and not very comfortable
Having used many Sykes cottage’s and had a welcome package was surprised that no Welcome package was waiting
Parking could be an issue to some

“I've not had any negative experiences and over the last few years of booking, I have only had to make contact once and that was to rectify an issue of my own making (booked incorrect dates) and it was resolved very quickly (the app wouldn't allow me to do it, but customer services were very good).
Otherwise, communication regarding bookings has always been spot on, keys have always been ready to be collected on time (usually earlier) and the properties have always been nice.”
