“We have used SWR to supply & fit our Hormann garage door and Markilux garden awning & side screen. At all times they have been so helpful & professional & we are delighted with their work. Recently we have had a minor problem with programming the door fobs & this has been promptly sorted by SWR. Their fitting teams and in-house personnel cannot be faulted. They respond quickly to queries & are always friendly. A pleasure to do business with. We won't hesitate to go back to them for other projects.”

“From visiting the showroom, ordering the garage door, to final installation, the whole experience was fantastic. They managed our expectations of timings. The installation was tidy and efficient. I am really impressed with the service and will definitely be using SWR in the future.”

“The product seems to be good quality so I’ve given two stars. Sadly the process of buying was less positive. We were originally told the delivery date would be early January. Excitingly, we were then told that it would actually be late December. But when the delivery date arrived we were told that the December delivery date was incorrect. And we were back to early January. When that delivery date arrived we were told that there was going to be a further delay. Eventually the doors arrived on the 26th of January. Obviously this involved quite a lot of disruption and expense as builders had to be redeployed and other tasks shifted around.”

Hi Mr Beloe We’re sorry that you’re unhappy with how long delivery took. The manufacturers initially confirmed a December date but then delayed it due to unforeseen issues. We were in regular contact with the manufacturer to keep you informed but circumstances were beyond our control, unfortunately. “The ordering was effortless, with all questions answered by the advisers promptly and pleasantly. I am also so glad that I opted for the installation service. The team were outstanding, flexible and courteous. They left the are spotless and I couldn’t be happier with SWR and the Origin Bi-fold doors and window. Top marks all round.”

“Unbelievable service from start to finish , kept us in the loop 100% and kept to the agreed schedule . Could not be happier with our new garage door and the service we recieved. Thanks again!!! The gents installing the door were very polite and great guys.”

“Polite, professional, efficient service. I already had two Markilux awnings from SWR. We have recently extended our property and based on my experience last time I ordered another Markilux awning for the back of the extension. I also arranged for them to relocate one of my original awnings. The team arrived on schedule and did an excellent job again, adjusting the 3 awnings to ensure that they all aligned across the back of the house. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend SWR and Markilux to anyone considering installing awnings at their property.”

“Dear Tobi We have had a rocky Ride to success but all is working well now. From Stan GIllon It seems many months ago that we came to see you and made an order for new garage doors to our house in Hawkshill Drive Boxmoor. One of our friends had your doors fitted and he could not praise you enough. Everything looked brilliant and he was well satisfied. He was well able to recommend your company. Unfortunately we had one or two hiccups. We felt that your preparations to ensure that the work could be carried out smoothly we’re done too hastily. The gentleman checking on the electrics did not come inside the garage. He assumed that because he could see that there was a power point in the garage everything could be done. He did not stay to talk and after about 20 seconds he disappeared and he was not listening to my need for the power to come from the consumer unit. The workmen who came to replace the light fitting were such fun and assured that if the switches were in the wrong places they would come back, no problem. The two fitters were good but seemed not to have grasped the issue about the electrics. They said they were not electricians and they had to do the job the way they had left it. But they were short of parts and had to borrow a gang of sockets to do the job. It did look like a bodge job. Three men from SWR and to see the arrangement and could not see the problem. A series of emails to Aaron had no affect. So I telephone you Toby and you listened and got every thing sorted. The two electricians were keen and friendly. They knew what was required and could not be faulted. Toby you did the trick. Well done you. You listened got prompt action and we are delighted. A power”

“SWR fitted Hormann garage door. Pre-sales support excellent - no hard sell. Good quality door and cheerfully fitted by the SWR team. Slight hiccup the first day as the fitting team had the wrong part. However, replacement secured and door fitted two days later.”

“Workforce all very pleasant and efficient, a pleasure to have on site. Installation was carried out within three hours and the site left clean and tidy. Extremely pleased with my new door.”
