“Good choice at showroom, being able to try doors was helpful. Staff knowledgeable. With the description and inventory of all component parts we had to be very thorough in checking through - 2 mistakes were spotted and quickly corrected (but would have been a problem if we hadn’t been thorough). Installation very good, pleasant workers, clean. Due to age of house the fitting wasn’t straight forward but a very neat job. All packaging and old doors were removed off site. thank you.”

“Good, no high pressure sales ‘spiel’. Visited showroom twice to look at front door options and check details. SWR followed up with my further questions and responses from the manufacturer. Given time to consider without chase up phone calls. Decision made- on order.”

“THE STAFF were very good but the upgrade kit contained the wrong size motor for the double garage door. Already been waiting months after previously paying up front as requested.”

“Excellent service at the showroom and during the sales process. High quality product installed by high quality and professional fitters. I can thoroughly recommend SWR for entry and garage doors, which is what I used them for, although I imagine that they excel across the range of other equipment that they provide.”

“I had issues with programming my remotes, called but was not told the correct way to program the remotes. No choice but to book an engineer visit, £130 + vat. They canceled the 1st appointment which caused me some problems when the engineers arrived, I told them how I was told by their office to program the remotes, they told me that is wrong. They showed me how is done, took only a few minutes. Expensive visit. I did send an email to Nicole but so far NO reply. Shame. M.Shojaie 38 Parkside NW7 2LP”

“We are very pleased with the new awning that SWR have supplied and fitted at our home. All the staff have been friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and have been been a pleasure to deal with. All queries and requests have been dealt with promptly. The awning itself looks very good but due to the weather we have not yet had much use of it.”
