“I know this will seem harsh as so far the problems are due to Royal mail and not you but I hope that you in turn pass on the poor review. The website etc was good I've yet to see the item so I can't comment on that! I selected a delivery day and we are now 2 days later and I still don't have the parcel. I have to drive to a post office miles from home to collect it as it was supposed to be a surprise present so it wouldn't be fair to pass on the hassle to the recipient. They say they have tried twice to deliver but the first time they didn't because I was within sight of the door at all times and the second time was unnecessary as I'd asked to collect it from the post office. I went to the post office and they didn't have it despite sending an email saying it would be delivered there the day before.”
