“Nothing went wrong. All their products are top quality.👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 I have been a customer of swagger and swoon since 2010. And the picture below was my first ascot cravat. Till now, it’s one of my favorite the material hasn’t aged a bit. It’s still as soft and appealing as it was before when I bought. So, in 2011 I bought another ascot cravat for my wedding and God did I look sharp! Am a swagger and swoon customer 4 life... and their customer service is top notch (Hannah) and their manager (Gary) is all about pleasing the customer. For the first time I feel for real the truth behind this saying “Customer is King”...”

“This company have been amazing. I ordered swatches which came labelled with each item number on and a list of products which are available in each colour. Unfortunately I was unable to order for a little while due to bereavements and such but the team at Swagger & Swoon occasionally sent a text or a letter to offer any assistance I may need to order. When I managed to order I accidentally ordered the wrong colour and they were very helpful to change the order for me (and in time for our suit fitting). The ties and pocket squares came beautifully packaged with a little treat for my partner and I with a thank you note and honestly their attention to detail makes me so so happy we chose them for our entire bridal party. Would recommend to anyone! Extremely happy customer. #TiesSorted”
