“Excellent customer service, the colour I wanted were out of stock, I was told 4 weeks worst case scenario and they came within a week with upgraded shipping Too! They also kept me sweet with all the chocolate haha Will be recommending to everyone I know!!”

“I purchased two excellent cravats, they are superb value for money and as usual Swagger & Swoon have lived up to their reputation for quality and an exceptional swift service. “Nothing went wrong. All their products are top quality.👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 I have been a customer of swagger and swoon since 2010. And the picture below was my first ascot cravat. Till now, it’s one of my favorite the material hasn’t aged a bit. It’s still as soft and appealing as it was before when I bought. So, in 2011 I bought another ascot cravat for my wedding and God did I look sharp! Am a swagger and swoon customer 4 life... and their customer service is top notch (Hannah) and their manager (Gary) is all about pleasing the customer. For the first time I feel for real the truth behind this saying “Customer is King”...”
