“This is a truly fabulous Company thank you. Customer service fantastic. Being able to match colours to my bridesmaid with the Swatch was fantastic. When I received my wedding ties for Groom and Groomsman excellent quality I came in a lovely box with tissues brilliant presentation.I certainly would recommend this company.”

“This company is honestly one of the best companies I've bought from. Throughout the whole process they made sure I had all the information I needed (they even sent me a letter with a tea bag so I could have a cuppa whilst sorting out wedding stuff!) When finalising the ties I discovered that the colour I wanted was out of stock so they sorted a special pre order for me so that they will be sent straight to me. When I recieved my order, it came with a lovely message and a bag of sweets...another little touch that put a smile on my face. Could not reccomend this company more!”

“Very fast delivery when ordering searches which were so helpful! Also found when I placed a large order it arrived much quicker than expected and I got immediate support via email with all my queries answered. Would highly recommend for quality and easy service, high standard of products.”

“Samples were sent quickly, customers services were extremely helpful with my enquiry and sorting out my preorder as there is currently no stock. So far very pleased with the service and look forward to receiving the ties and pocket squares.”

“I ordered some samples which arrived promptly. After making my decision I discovered that the colour of choice wasn't available through the website as it was stocking no stock. After contacting customer services, who also replied quickly, they assured me they could get the colour I needed in the tight deadline I had. So far very impress with the service I have received and from this alone would recommend Swagger and Swoon to anyone!”

“I had a brilliant experience with swagger and swoon. From the moment I ordered swatches right up until my last order not even half an hour ago, they kept in contact and made sure all was ok. When some ties I ordered were out of stock they replied straight away to give an update on when they would be back in stock. Paige and Sophie you girls were amazing so this review is for you! Couldn't have had a better experience with them. So easy and stress free which is a bonus wedding planning!”

“Didn't really think the colour we'd chosen was uncommon but were finding it tricky match our bridesmaid dresses to cravats. Ordered a few swatches from S&S and one jumped out. Typically only one left in stock but as Lucy had text me to follow up on swatches I replied. No problem, says Lucy, we can get more made up, may take 6 weeks though. They arrived in less than 4 and look great! Just what I had in mind. Great professional, friendly, efficient and helpful service with really well made gorgeous cravats.”

“Very disappointed with the communication and service I received. I originally purchased the wrong colour ties and I sent them back to exchange, thats where are the issues started. It took weeks to find the right colour, then I was told it would be 6 weeks before I recieved the ties. The six weeks deadline came and went with zero communication from swagger and swoon. I had to call multiple times to get any answers and the attitude and lack or care and attention was very clear. I finally received my ties but I wouldn't recommend this company (my profession is a wedding planner). The stress and pressure was unacceptable.”

“The customer service I received was brilliant - If only all companies were like this! Swagger & Swoon literally saved the day for me in regards to my wedding. After ordering my bridesmaids dresses from abroad, I went back to the company to order the groomsman's ties in the same colour/ fabric. When they were posted from overseas (which took forever) they were completely the wrong colour and I had run out of time! I found Swagger and Swoon on a web search and the lovely Zoe came to my rescue. After emailing a few photos of the dresses she sent me some free fabric swatches very quickly, which I held up against the dresses and re-sent photos. From looking at these, she managed to find me an almost perfect shade match! I had searched so many other companies without any joy and had just about given up hope. The order arrived quickly and was beautifully packaged. Would definitely recommend this company.”

“My first order from Swagger & Swoon. Not had much call for a cravat before. Dad asked for one for Christmas. Delivered fast and free, great price, lovely cravat, great name. Sure will order again.”
