The product is fine It of course does what it says that it will . The defect in the service is sending these stupid badly designed surveys . All I did was renew my annual text service and you send me this hassle. Please send no more surveys

It proved a bit fiddly to negotiate the whole website when all I wanted was to renew my annual rental. I and may be others, use the SureSafe device for emergency occasions only. Thus it is only switched on if out of the flat. The call allowance has hardly been used at all. Could there be a different tariff for that style of user?

Not very happy with the initial contact, but I got it resolved as I had a copy of my original invoice, and copied that to SureSafe

Hi Bill. We are sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with your contact with us. I have reviewed your order details and can see that you placed an order for PAYG credit for your SureSafeGO Alarm. When purchasing credit you are asked to provide the telephone number of your alarm, so we can add the credit to it for you. You instead gave your own mobile phone number, which means we would not know where to add the credit. We received this order at 9am on a Saturday morning and we had emailed you within 15 minutes to ask you for the correct number. You were still unable to let us know the correct number so we searched ourselves for it, found it and added it. I am not sure what more we could have done for you in this instance, but I am glad that we still managed to resolve this for you. Kind regards, The SureSafe Alarms Team.
