“I recently purchased a Suresafe Go Anywhere alarm on behalf of my mother. I have seldom dealt with a more helpful and professional company. The alarm arrived as promised and was pretty easy for my parents to set up. It gives them and me confidence that she is only a button away from help wherever she may be. Highly recommended!”

“This is the 3rd alarm we've bought for our 90 year old mother from various companies and so far it is the most reliable. As she lives in a rural town, signal coverage has always been an intermittent problem but with her tracker now choosing the best from O2, EE and Vodafone, we can see exactly where she is all the time. A big improvement. SOS and fall alerts are working well too so well pleased. The company were quick to dispatch and help set up which was pretty easy. It could do with an app so you can view the routes the tracker has taken but the company say they are working on this. However by just sending a text to the tracker you can find out within seconds where she is, and when you phone it she can speak to us despite it being buried under her jumper when she's out for a walk.”

“Alarm was ideal for my parents. Delivery quick and easy to set - up. As it was a one time cost and is a basic system simply requiring to be living near parents using the phone system to send the alarm this is ideal for our case.”

“Everything happened as stated. Easy to install and when my Dad pressed the pendant for the first time he immediately got a call back and we managed to test that all was working well. This has given my sister and I peace of mind with our Dad living seventy miles away. We know that if he has a problem, help will arrive long before we would ever be able to reach him.”

“Thankfully, and I don't like tempting fate!!!but I have not, to date needed to use this device in an emergency. I did my research very carefully before contacting the supplier whom I must say was a delight to converse with, being most helpful and informative and thankfully he relied on his excellent knowledge without being pushy. The benefits: For myself the important points are: Fairly easy to set up but needed help with giving the necessary details on-line, my concern here is elderly persons access to the internet. The pendant is light and not cumbersome and can be worn as a pendant or on a key ring. It is totally waterproof for use in the shower, a most important consideration as falls often happen in the bathroom. Ease of operation should I need to use. If I ever get out and about again and take a tumble I have the confidence that I can be tracked to the exact spot, GPS was a big selling point for me plus the important fact that it is British designed and produced, Considering the technology and the development costs its good sensible value for money. As it stands the device currently suits all my needs. My sister has the Council device which is very cumbersome particularly the telephone connections. I could have sold her one but she prefers direct contact over using the three friends contact numbers but I learn progress and options will be available with SureSafe alarms. I have no hesitation in recommending this item and have done so to many friends already.”

“Service quick and efficient. The people on the end of the phone really lovely and reassuring. The only thing which really annoys me is the cost of the calls, so far they have been brief as I have inadvertently set off the alarm. A few words is 24,25 pence, I hate to think what an emergency would be.”

“The delivery was quick. The instructions were good. I had occasion to contact youf customer relations, Daniel, and was treated really well. “I purchased the fall alert for my elderly Mother. A recent fall had knocked her confidence to continue living alone. The service I received from SureSafe was first class. Their aftersales service is also excellent should you need it. My Mother says she feels able to continue living independently which is great news for her and our family.”

“I rang SureSafe Alarms as it was the only one I could find which had a detection mode on it in case my mum fell & was unable to press her necklace alarm. The person I spoke to was Daniel, who couldn't have been more helpful. He arranged a choice of delivery dates with the suppliers & rang me to check the best one for us & said they would ring one hour before arrival. On the appointed day, we waited for the phone call, which didn't happen. I then rang Daniel's office to find out what was happening but he wasn't there. Another gentleman said he would get hold of the suppliers who would then ring me in a few minutes. They didn't, so I rang Daniel's office again. The other man was very apologetic & said he would sort it! After about 5 mins the person that was supposed to be coming to us rang ,apologising & said he realised his company hadn't put the parts on his van & we rearranged the date. After another 5 mins I had another call,this time from Daniel, full of apologies. He had just found out about the problem with our delivery & was actually phoning from a family holiday in Florida! He said if he hadn't been on hol he would have checked everything that morning & we wouldn't have been messed about. I thought that was wonderful of him, to interrupt his holiday. In the end, all was sorted very satisfactorily & the alarm centre is very efficient & instant, when we've had a couple of queries. i would have no hesitation in recommending this company.”
