I find that the tie up with my iPhone difficult to understand. Your instructions both in the small booklet and the larger sheets are not written for the novice although I am very computer literate. Give time I suppose I will get to comprehend the lineage. Having used the wrist watch for some considerable time I now find it very efficient and sensitive to one’s actions

It proved a bit fiddly to negotiate the whole website when all I wanted was to renew my annual rental. I and may be others, use the SureSafe device for emergency occasions only. Thus it is only switched on if out of the flat. The call allowance has hardly been used at all. Could there be a different tariff for that style of user?

Really pleased with the SureSafeGo alarm. Had concerns about mobile signal but it does pick up eventually and keeps trying until it does. Both mum and I feel alot happier to know she has a means of contacting me if she feels unwell or falls. Just wished the instruction booklet didn't include the word 'elderly'. Mum's fiercely independent and a very young 81 year old. Actually I could do with this alarm myself when I go horseriding!!

Feeling much more confident now that I have my alarm. Very friendly staff, product is easy to use and super simple to set up. Even for someone as old as me! Great work SureSafe! I would definitely recommend them.

Easy to understand communication when ordering. Straight answers. One yearly payment. No rental / buy / different monthly payments like other suppliers. Easy to set up, just plug it in. Simple. Would definitely recommend SureSafe

It does what they say on the ad....Works straight out of the box. It took one quick phone call to set it up and I let it chatge overnight. Now I feel more confident even when I am away from home

Hi Bill. We are sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with your contact with us. I have reviewed your order details and can see that you placed an order for PAYG credit for your SureSafeGO Alarm. When purchasing credit you are asked to provide the telephone number of your alarm, so we can add the credit to it for you. You instead gave your own mobile phone number, which means we would not know where to add the credit. We received this order at 9am on a Saturday morning and we had emailed you within 15 minutes to ask you for the correct number. You were still unable to let us know the correct number so we searched ourselves for it, found it and added it. I am not sure what more we could have done for you in this instance, but I am glad that we still managed to resolve this for you. Kind regards, The SureSafe Alarms Team.

I rang on behalf of my relative to discuss products, was promised a call back which they did not. Unfortunately my relative suffered another incident at home and was admitted to hospital. As this was the case we purchased the product without speaking to customer service. Item Was dispatched and arrived within a few days, emails received following were timely but have not had a confirmation email from anyone to confirm all emergancy details are on the system and is ready to go. I have been underwhelmed by the customer service however, Its early days and i am hoping the communication is not a reflection on the lifeline response service side of things, Fingers crossed!

Hi. Thank you for taking the time to review your recent order. Providing the best quality customer service is always our goal so we are sorry that you do not feel you received it here. I have checked your order details and can see that we called you 3 times and left a message after your initial enquiry. The alarm also took a few days to be delivered because when you placed the order online you entered the wrong post code. Our shipping team spotted this error, which meant that they prevented the delivery potentially getting lost, but you did take a day or two to get back to us with the correct post code when we contacted you. When you sent in your user information we received it at 11:54am and had everything set up and on our system by 3:45pm the same day - so you were all set within a few hours. We hold our hands up that we made an error in not confirming with you that the alarm was ready to test, and we are very sorry for that. Our procedures require us to confirm this by email and this has been a teaching opportunity to the member of staff that failed to do so. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Brilliant service! Replacement wrist band arrived next day. When this didn't pair with alarm unit, great support from help desk with positive outcome. This is what customer service should be. BTW great alarm!

The product was delivered to the wrong address, when i ordered it the person on the phone was told that the delivery address was different from the billing address
