“We ordered 'Sutherland' talcum powder in a pack of four. It is good value, no extra postage, and not easily available elsewhere. The ordering process was straightforward. However, the packaging was excessive and included polystyrene 'nuggets' which are non-biodegradable or recyclable so have to go to landfill. Given that the product is robust I question whether it needs so much packaging -and if packaging / padding is required I would prefer to see recycled / recyclable / biodegradable material, eg shredded paper of cardboard, or wool waste.”

“very competitive pricing and comprehensive range of stock items from a very wide range of manufacturers, coupled with good delivery service make transactions with this company generally run very smoothly. Occasionally my order arrives in two deliveries a couple of days apart but I'm only charged for one even if it's first class. what's not to like!”

“First: Miko Istvanne is only the receiver of my package, and I am the as well the byer as the payer of the package and my name is Marika Koszar. (I think I have mentioned it), any how you can see it on the order paper. Second: Only the 1st time it went OK, but than I had to make inquiry every time I ordered. I do not understand what is wrong with the delivary firms?”

“I ordered my goods at great prices and then got sent a delivery date and then the driver arrived dropped it off easy peasy. I would recommend this company and I found them the cheapest for what I was looking for. The parcel arrived on the due date I was kept well informed and the parcel was well wrapped and the goods were safe and sound : )”
