“I ordered Matcha Twist and shake tea MORE THAN A MONTH AGO! And I still haven't received my orders yet. I've basically wasted 30 pounds for NOTHING! Customer service is basically non existence, never replies to any of my emails. I called the number and the staff said they will get back to me within 24 hours but I never received anything. Im very disappointed at the whole experience. this is unbelieveable”
