“ordered yua gluten free sauces but after 12 days nothing has been delivered. emails superukfoods uk but no reply after 3 days!!!! payment taken 11 days ago. now getting in touch with my credit card company to get a refund.”

We have noticed that unfortunately, some of the emails could go to your junk mail folder. From our experience we know, that deliveries with any carrier do sometimes go missing. Therefore ,we always try and ensure that the product which has gone missing can be sent out again in spite of any cost involved. Unfortunately, the goods you ordered are currently out of stock. “Never received the item and never got a reply when I informed sales about not receiving it. Still waiting to get a refund over a month after ordering the product.”

Thank you for the review. As we said in our previous email, We have not received an email from you. The order has been sent out by Royal Mail second class. The tracking number is no available.
