“I use Superfood to buy one product (Vegepa) every 2-3 months for my wife and her Mum. The website is easy to use (though I'm not doing any searching etc), products are well priced and easy to order and pay for, despatch is very prompt and the product arrives promptly and well packaged. My only grumble (which only applies to my most recent purchase) in that after placing and paying for the order, I didn't get an email confirmation from either Superfood or Sagepay (who handled the card transaction). Nor was there a despatch email. I was about to chase this up when the order was delivered. Apart from this glitch it's a hassle free service that I'm happy to recommend.”

Hello, The order has been sent out on the 5th by Royal Mail under the tracking number JC452547155GB. It shows "Item JC452547155GB was forwarded to the Delivery Office on 2015-05-08" on their website. A parcel shipped by Royal Mail second recorded can take up to 5 working days for deliver, so please allow a few more days for delivery. Also, you can track your parcel on their website. “Advertised rain forest honey for sale. I paid £57, they did not have the product ans took two weeks to refund my money. Mo way would I ever use this company and I would never recommend then to anyone. Has to file a PayPal dispute to get a refund.”
