“We have NOT received our delivery in almost two weeks, and no one from sales or support has responded to out multitude of emails. And the phone number is not active. I understand its the Corona pandemic, but if you're taking orders and customers money, then there has to be responsibility to respond in a timely fashion. We're completely in the dark and considering disputing the charges with the credit card company as fraud.”

“I can't get hold of anyone, although I was told someone would call me back. No delivery. No tracking number. Assuming as others say that it's a huge scam. And now they're asking me for a review! Global emergency and I'm ordering food for my young allergy child and these people are exploiting desperate people.”

“I am pleased that Superfooduk could send me 3 packets of Nairns Gluten-Free porridge at a reasonable price. Many other suppliers had either sold out or they were charging exorbitant prices for this product. Moreover, Superfooduk arranged for speedy delivery. I appreciate this no-nonsense approach adopted by Superfooduk in these troubled times.”
