By answering my query about restoring the facility for detailed display of individual phone calls. I have found it, in the past, to be a very helpful feature, and trust it will be back as soon as possible.

Happy? What a disaster I had after asking for an advertised upgrade after several weeks of promises connect up was promised for Friday 6th June I found out that evening no broadband or telephone the jokers had disconnected the line and were unable to restore it. Eventually I rang Plusnet and was on line next day. Supsnet idiots now trying to get me to pay for cutting me off I’m about to report them for harressment

Have struggled all month with useable but dreadfully slow internet. Having contacted Supanet on numerous occasions they acknowledged that the problem was at their end and promised a fix by the end of the month. They were as good as their word, now we are getting decent speeds again. Technical staff all very helpful and understanding of our problem.

Supanet sorted out a problem with their supplier BT who had caused us to be without Broadband for over two weeks. Ibrahim in Supanet (Time) told BT precisely about a port mismatch in the BT exchange causing the problem, which BT had previously failed to spot on many occasions as the root cause. The only criticism I would have with Supanet is that their technical Helpdesk takes an age to get through to on the phone and their chat support is fairly limited In knowledge. It was when I was finally passed on to Ibrahim in Time technical support that things really started happening. Many thanks Ibrahim!
