getting my problem sorted as quickly as they can. only one problem is the waiting time when trying to talk to someone on the phone

they pretty much told me they couldnt help with my specific issue (ping spiking) but they helped out as much as they could/did whatever was in their power

I am not impressed with the general level of service, but using the chat line and speaking to Simone was a really refreshing change, the level of help was excellent and queries/worries were answered in a very straight forward way

I feel £17.99 I was paying monthly for your connection, was very excessive for ADSL2, I had a BT offer to do it at £4.50 for 12 months, but you have come up once I was about to abandon Supanet of an offer of £3.99 a month for 100gb download max, which I have accepted - it is a shame a customer has to sign elsewhere, for you to find you value them - but that's life I guess. So I think I am still (just) your longest surviving customer......

The customer services lady on the chatline was very efficient and helpful. Unfortunately it seems that your customer services telephones are not answered as I had spent in excess of 2 hours over three attempts waiting for a response - hopeless and needs addressing urgently!!!

Had an on line chat with Simone about leaving supanet-she was very helpful and in fact we negotiated a new contract which means I stay with supanet. She was very efficient
