Supanet sorted out a problem with their supplier BT who had caused us to be without Broadband for over two weeks. Ibrahim in Supanet (Time) told BT precisely about a port mismatch in the BT exchange causing the problem, which BT had previously failed to spot on many occasions as the root cause. The only criticism I would have with Supanet is that their technical Helpdesk takes an age to get through to on the phone and their chat support is fairly limited In knowledge. It was when I was finally passed on to Ibrahim in Time technical support that things really started happening. Many thanks Ibrahim!
