Customer service is fantastic but as an internet provider, it is not the greatest. The internet always seems to stop working randomly but I will hand it to the tech team, they always do everything they can to help.

Marco in live chat was extremely polite & helpful. However, I've had 2 issues already with this company & not been with them for long. Although the issues have been resolved I'm still awaiting a call to discuss how we can build a more positive approach to the previous issues & help rebuild my confidence with the company. I will rate once I've had my phone call.

This is not a review of Marco who just helped me in an online chat. He was excellent. However, my wife and I are thinking of changing our emails because the servers you use do not have certificates and Kaspersky believes they are unsafe!

My activation day is today, but I still haven't got my router, and apparently it's only getting dispatched today. Supanet has this order for 2 weeks and yet the router is only being dispatched today

Cannot comment on telephone/broadband service but trying to get hold of, and get an answer from, customer services was very, very time-consuming. Process gave the impresiion that customers who wished to cancel an order were left at end of queue. However, i must say that final contact via live chat was certainly helpful

I would just like to say on line chat is good but calling customer services by phone is terrible I had to wait nearly 50mins before talking to anyone!!!!

I occasionally receive responses to emails but generally they go unanswered. I wait on the phone for ages to get a response (25 mins today and no response. I have waited up to 60 mins before I gave up). This applies to both Technical Support and Customer Support. I have been a customer for over 10 years - when 'dial-up' was the thing. (My switch to broadband was 23rd Feb 2006). Contacting Supanet has always been a major problem. Every now and then I get excellent service, like today when I managed to get through to Dominic on Livechat. I have had excellent service from Katie in Customer Support but these are the exceptions.

I was holding for upwards of 20 minutes when attempting to speak to an operator on telephone. This is totally unacceptable. My first attempt to use Livechat also failed due to a lack of available operators (apparently). The second attempt to use Livechat worked, but wasted a lot of time: we could have sorted it all out very much quicker on the 'phone.

Nothing went wrong - I thught I had to click everyone of the 5 stars, so I starting the 5 stars; and now being promted to explain/ Perfect - I could not fault the LIVECHAT - perfect service!!! So quick to answer - also!!!
