I have been with supanat for over 20 years and have never had any issues. I recently needed a new router and their customer service during the follow up was outstanding, they rang each day till router was delivered to check had it been received and if I had successfully set it up. UK call centre always a benefit when dealing with technical issues

Worst provider I have ever known. Harassed me for money I did not owe them. Asked me to return 2 old out of date, years old routers, which I did. And rhenium they claimed I did not teturn them, even although, I had proof of postage, from Royal Mail. I still get harassing and fraudulent emails directed to my email address. Even though I am no longer with them, and have not been for many years. These emails are intimidating upsetting and fraudulent. They are various addresses with Supanet.com, but none of them are actually addressed to me. So Supanet emails are now generally prone to be actually criminal. I have had to inform the police.

After being with them for 24 years Supanet decided to cut my landline off without any notification. This is just because I am trying to leave them. They have made up a load of charges and told me they won't switch it back on until I have paid. Please let this be a warning to others to seriously avoid this vile scamming company. I now have loss of landline for seven days and another seven to get me reconnected.

Absolute joke of a a company never answer the phone paid £60 already been in new flat 3 months WiFi still not gone live because of set backs DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I have been very ill with cancer and have no money and supernet took £68.50 off me because they said I didn't get the router back in time and I didn't tell them the new broadband company I had switched to in time they are a cruel uncaring vile company and I would tell anyone who is thinking of moving to this company not to

No telephone so u cant complain.live chat tells u to email supanet they ignore email.absolute dog poo.avoid like the plague.keep your money even within cooling off period avoid avoid please.

Excellent technical support in setting up a new wireless router box after previous box broke. Patient and helpful technician. She did agree though password directions on back of router unclear and confusing.

The worst experience of my life. Avoid this unprofessional, incompetent and disorganized company at all costs. Caused me a lot of distress, frustration and money for breaking contract due to their false promises which were never fulfilled. You just cant talk ( if you are lucky to get through after one plus hour waiting) to anybody competent on any issue let alone hope for any help.

Terrible Company said they were BT when I first rang, they set every thing up telling me go live on Monday that didn't happen!! Week without internet, my wife works from home on computer I have two children doing GCSEs I had to send them to relatives, spend hours on the phone, customer services telling that "Monday does run till midnight you know" still not working on Tuesday had to go back to other company to get a service. Now getting txts from SUPERNET to say i owe them £433 for breaking my contract even though they have not supplied the internet. Absolutely disgusting.” DO NOT GO ANY WHERE NEAR THIS COMPANY !!!!!

Absolutely nightmare. Weeks without internet home I have two children in university. I had to send them to relatives to learn spend hours on the phone, exchanging so many emails nothing made a difference. I had to cancel and get another company to get service home, but still being forced to pay 9 months to the end of contract. Absolutely disgusting.

Use this company five years ago and the Internet was rubbish kept dropping out and was so slow move to another company paid all our bills up-to-date five years on there now expecting me to pay a bill of £41.96 absolute rip-off The company is an absolute joke this was all sorted out five years ago Tried to sort it out with them on the phone and the first person was rude and obnoxious Would suggest everybody stays clear this company as they will give you a bill out of the blue and it’s totally fictional

We had been a longstanding customer of Supanet for over 20 years. The only positive thing I can say is their competitive prices. We had numerous problems over the years arising from routers etc and each solution to the issue resulted in a new router being provided (sometimes at a cost to us) and then having to sign up to another contract. We decided to migrate to another provider this year and even that was full of challenges as our contract was cancelled rather than migrated! We eventually changed providers. I had been asked to return the router we had otherwise we would be charged £69, which I immediately did. I then noticed that £276 had been taken from my bank account - when I contacted Supanet about this I was told it was because I had had 4 routers in total and that until I returned all four then they could not reimburse me. At no time in the past 20 years had I been asked to return any routers and I had not been notified in any form that this money would be taken from my account. Even though I had returned the router we were currently using, they still charged me for it!. I find it difficult to put into words just how frustrating it has been dealing with Supanet and I would NOT recommend this company at all. Their customer service is awful, live chat agents are extremely rude and are no help whatsoever. They are there just to fob you off!

Appalling service, plus badgering a partner for a router for a service which they were told he hasn’t used for ages, he returned the 1 st router in 2014, He has been in a Care Home for several months. They are now demanding for a service that is not used.

Don't use this company... I went to renew my contract when I was informed that for the last five years I had and been paying for a appy t.v service which transpired as an offer when I started my contract . I explained I had never recieved or used this product which they agreed they could not prove. I excepted that what was done was done however, they then without communication barred my internet for not returning a box I didn't have. I emailed complaints with no response and then 68 pounds was removed from my account again with no notification. I have now emailed again and awaiting a response. This is an appalling service roll on when my contract ends.
