The trolley is great and everything I'd hoped for. Communication is obviously a weakness as they do not email respones to any messages you send. If they'd responded then my rating would have been higher.

Hi Since your order for your trolley you have sent 1 email saying that your order for winter wheels was a mistake as you wanted these for the Speedcart GT, could we cancel the order. The order was cancelled and refunded immediately and emails were sent to you to this effect. Can you please check your spam box if you did not get them.

I ordered a H2NO bag on 22nd August but it was out if stock. After several attempts to get a delivery date it finally arrived on Oct 25th! I am very pleased with the bag, it's very light, has lots of storage space and I love the grey and pink colours. However, the rain hood seems to be back to front. It fits on the bag with the zip opening from the front of the bag. This makes it difficult to get clubs out when standing behind your trolley. Let's hope we have a dry winter!

Service was excellent. My new H2NO bag was delivered within 24 hours. However, I have only given 3 stars because the bag design is seriously flawed. I made an incorrect assumption that a Sun Mountain bag would fit my Sun Mountain Trolley. WRONG!!! The bag slips to the left and the Umbrella rubs against the wheel. I also believed that one of the seven pockets would be designed with refreshments in mind, i.e. an insulated bottle pocket. WRONG!!! None of the pockets are suitable for water bottles and none are insulated. My previous Sun Mountain bag had 3 carry handles and a strap. Why does this new one (that costs £60 more) have only one carry handle? Very poor design. Must try harder.

Unfortunately I was sent the wrong wheel for my Microcart but I must say the customer service was excellent and I did receive the correct wheel the next day. I will definitely buy equipment from Sun Mountain as their products are second to none.

Item was good and dispatched quickly from sun Mountain, however the company paid to delivery the item was not the same and I was disappointed as I paid for express delivery to receive the item for my partners birthday but had to collect it from there depot because they failed to delivery my goods when they said. therefore you may wish to review the delivery company you use!!! wont use the company again

only one problem, the tracking indicated that delivery was made on 24th March, when it actually arrived on 29th March. This was a bit alarming because we were looking out for the item on 24th, which was a waste of time. Happy with product.

Excellent bag as usually, but disappointed you took payment straight away and I had to wait 2 months for the bag??? and not brilliant communication, you only replied to one of my emails ....

I expected next day delivery and paid £10.00 for this. Item was delivered, but two days not next day. The website I think doesn't make it very clear which is disappointing. The Cart itself is fine, but the carry bag / cover seems to be extremely tight and its not exactly easy getting the cart into the bag. By buying this product I now unfortunately have to buy a new golf bag, as the sides of my old bag now foul the front wheels of this cart even if I extend the axles. I will have to modify the cart to work with my existing bag or as i said invest £200 in a new bag. It seems with this cart that it only fits Sun Mountain bags which is also quite disappointing. All in all not the experience I was expecting,

We do not offer a 'next day' delivery service from our web site. It is clearly shown that Express Shipping service you paid for is a 1 - 2 working day service. Any products purchased from our website that are unsuitable can be returned for refund within 30 days, providing the products are unused and still in their original packaging.
Trolley is excellent. Well designed and seems sturdy. Was disappointed in a bit of the customer service though. When I had placed my order I had put in a comment to leave the parcel at the tyre place if I'm not in (basically next door). Like a lot of people, I work 9-5, so likely wouldn't be in. I had paid extra for next day delivery. On the day, I got a message giving a courier delivery time...not going to be in then so they should follow instructions. That did not happen. Missed call from courier, called back and explained my delivery request and he said that he would try and redeliver. Emailed sun mountain customer service regarding delivery instructions/redelivery and got this reply: Hi I am sorry but we have no direct control over the delivery drivers, any instructions given are passed on but we can do no more than this. It is at a drivers discretion to leave goods elsewhere or not. They provide a good estimation of their expected delivery times on the tracking which we sent you a copy of this morning. The above may be true, but its pathetic customer service. Thankfully, the courier did redeliver after I called him back. Not sure if I would recommend sun mountain to my friends, if thats the level of customer service.

The part I ordered wasn't in stock at the time of ordering which I knew. It did take a bit longer than I expected to come in though. Got it now though and it fits ok.

Ordered bag on the Friday before 1130. Sun Mountain called to say that the bag I chose cudn't be found in warehouse and changed it to the 2015 model at no extra charge. Great customer service. Delivery, however, let me down. Paid for express delivery expecting bag to arrive in 1-2 working days. It didn't actually arrive until the Thursday. Hence the 3 stars.
