“Ordered umbrella. Weeks later still not delivered. Just received two “how did we do?” Reviews but no umbrella! STOP PRESS! Turned out that this was my fault as my autocorrect had put the wrong address in! RSMG did a fantastic job of tracking down the problem and redirecting the delivery to the right address, so have changed my rating to 5*. Thank you guys - it’s nice to know that someone is prepared to work hard for the customer even when it’s the customer that is the problem :-!”

“very helpful customer service needed specific parts for my sun mountain push cart were not on website after discussion with the tem - they sourced what I needed and placed items on the website. Sent me a link to the items. Prompt delivery. Parts are perfect and now my cart feels brand new. Helpful friendly advice also suggesting I change to the new adjustable umbrella mount which is better than the standard fit.”

“RSGM saved the day for me !! I would certainly recommend RSGM both for service and the product. I was due to fly on a Saturday so on the Wednesday got my old flight bag out and realised it was useless. I’d previously seen Sun Mountain bags at Airports and they always looked good so found the website (very easy to use) and saw the ProTect bag. Quick phone call and they confirmed it was in stock and that they had an express delivery service. Ordered the bag on line with express service and it arrived the next day. Very impressed with both service and product. A very happy customer!”
