RSGM saved the day for me !! I would certainly recommend RSGM both for service and the product. I was due to fly on a Saturday so on the Wednesday got my old flight bag out and realised it was useless. I’d previously seen Sun Mountain bags at Airports and they always looked good so found the website (very easy to use) and saw the ProTect bag. Quick phone call and they confirmed it was in stock and that they had an express delivery service. Ordered the bag on line with express service and it arrived the next day. Very impressed with both service and product. A very happy customer!
