I emailed them, they collected the damaged one with a very simple process to use and the new one came the next day. I am so pleased with the service and price. Great company.”

I also ordered a H2NO umbrella at the same time, and was delighted to get it free of charge, even though there was no sign of any such promotion anywhere on the website. I expected delivery in 2-4 days, but it arrived in less than 48 hours, and I was kept informed of progress - very impressed with the service. I haven't taken the bag out on course yet, but first impressions are excellent. Plenty of pocket room, very light, and nicely balanced to carry when I took it to the range. Easy to put clubs in and out without them getting tangled. It really appears to be just what I was after....”
