“Fantastic response to the problem I had with my trolley,Within 24 Hrs of receiving my e-mail Sun Mountains Sales personnel had accepted liability & despatched by first class post a replacement component, which I have now fitted. I cannot praise them enough. This level of service is why my wife is now the owner of a Sun Mountain trolley.”

“Quick and efficient service. I chatted on line briefly to check that the cover was included (it is) with a nice helpful chap and then ordered my H2NO bag. I didn't pay extra for fast delivery - no need it arrived 2 days later.”

“Form placing order to receiving delivery Extreamly Good. The golf bag is also Extreamly Good. Just one thing that could be improved is the cord arrangement. The cord is made of an elastic material and weight of the umbrella enables the umbrella to hang very low, also the adjusting device for the cord does not clamp to the cord, so even when pulled tight to the umbrella the cord slips through the clamp device. Only a very small point but I think worth improving.”

“Reasonable price for a great cart, looks well built and robust. quick delivery and well packaged. I bought the SunMountain V1 cart because 2 of my brothers also have them and have said they are reliable easy to push and with great features, they weren't wrong. So far I have went for 2 rounds of golf with it, runs smooth and easy to adjust to fit the bag, It folds up well and fits in the bag perfectly. Great piece of kit”

“Probably the best customer service received ever! No word of a lie. My very nice Sun Mountain V1 Push cart which I've had now for a few years and has never let me down, I also have to say it looks pretty cool for a trolley too (sad but true!) Last Sunday the spokes on one wheel snapped after many, many games of golf and I only just made it to the 19th without carrying my very heavy cart bag (not Sun Mountain, more than happy to product test one of these if anyone is reading this?!!) so I contacted Sun Mountain UK to see if I could possibly buy some new wheels as the cart is still in great condition and would be criminal to throw away. I had a reply the very next day and was directed to Sun Mountain Europe, again a reply the following day telling me a new set of wheels would be in the post first thing. My wheels arrived the following day yet again and the cart looked as good as new, amazing! I wanted to write this review as from start to finish Sun Mountain have been polite, professional and exceptionally quick in resolving my problem, I will not hesitate in purchasing more great products from them if this is the service you receive, many thanks. Finally, I forgot to mention the wheels they sent me were free, I assuming they were replaced under warranty, what a result!! Cheers Trev, Lincolnshire.”

“Although I have not had a chance to use back it looks and feels as good as I expected. Only small problem was with delivery, I received an email to say the bag was being sent and had to log in to find out where it was and when it would arrive, I true and the site did not recognise the parcel, I then followed the help button and sent an email, the bag hawk arrived the reply never did. Main thing us the bag looks spot on, the problem was with the courier.”

“Thankyou Thankyou Thankyou. I thought that I had used my trusty Sun Mountain bag for the very last time. But a chance phone call to you has resulted in new part for my stand mechanism being shipped even though the bag is nearly 4 years old. Called on Monday and here we are Wednesday the part arrives in the post. Great customer service, not something that is seen to often now days. I will certainley be recomending Sun Mountain to my fellow golfers.”

“H2NO ultrilite bag Good value, well made golf bag, very light. Very good and stable stand. The only criticism I might have (and that is being picky) is that I would be better if you had a dual handles zip on the bag for the balls etc, which would make it easier to take things out and put them back whilst you are carrying the bag. Apart from that a great bag. Also excellent service, quick postage and free. Thanks”
