“I thought the course content was fine and the detail for some of the course was good. However, I was a little disappointed that the instructions for the tasks weren't more clear and most should have some sort of example so a learner knows they're on the right track. I also thought more visual prompts would have been effective to signpost the tasks because there were a lot of EAL learners.
Lastly, I was not pleased with I asked Sam for help with a document and I was given a reprimand, instead of assistance. Not appropriate for educated adults.”
Hi there Anonymous learner,
Thank you very much for your review. We have passed this onto our quality team as a priority, as we want to ensure every learner is treated to the best possible experience.
Thank you once again!
“I feel like the tutor could have done a better job by putting more effort in the way the course was structured. There were times where the people on the course weren’t sure what they were doing and kept asking for the tutor to clarify.
The course was stretched out for long hours in the day which was unnecessary for the tasks given.
Overall the course content is good but poorly structured”
“I think there could be some better screening to who gets put on the course. Tutor was ok but the Friday was just a tick the box day.
Resources OK but meeting held on the Wednesday resources have not been sent.
Could off been condenced down to 3 days in my opinion.”
“The questions were very generic on the portfolio and the tasks weren’t specific enough. It felt very rushed they piled a lot in
I had alerted that I have dyspraxia and was pleased to have extra time towards the end. However because I didn’t have it at the beginning of the course I got very stressed. But I have learnt a lot about how business admin works and working in a team.”
“Although the lack of support and the impossibility to have and keep the manuals, the online program itself is acceptable, if you like learning on your own.”
“The training was nothing most professionals in the job seekers position don't already know.
Their jobs board is basic and when they say they have 'contacts' with hiring managers it has to be meant loosely as they never respond to your requests and don't try very hard to get you in front of anyone.
I liked the trainer but I dislike this organisation they need to do a lot better...”

Hi there Anonymous :)
Thank for your review - we are sorry that you found the course basic, and that your certificate hasn't arrived. Six months is, however, most unusual, and I suspect there may be a specific reason in your course why you are not in possession of your certificate right now.
The general certification process is normally from 6-8 weeks. However, due to the pandemic, the Awarding Bodies service has been impacted which can cause a delay. We are working hard to distribute all the certificates that we have received in a timely manner and we will send a text as soon as the certificates are ready.
Please email us on certification@strivetraining.co.uk asap so we can get to the bottom of this and hopefully send you your certificate.
When contacting us please include the following information:
• Full Name
• Title of the qualification
• Contact details and address.
