“The training was nothing most professionals in the job seekers position don't already know. Their jobs board is basic and when they say they have 'contacts' with hiring managers it has to be meant loosely as they never respond to your requests and don't try very hard to get you in front of anyone. I liked the trainer but I dislike this organisation they need to do a lot better...”

“U was excited about the course but didnt have great exspreince as i was left alone with no help with the course until I was given a different tutor then I loved doing the course i enjoyed and learnt alot by the end of the course”

Hi there Anonymous :) Thank for your review - we are sorry that you found the course basic, and that your certificate hasn't arrived. Six months is, however, most unusual, and I suspect there may be a specific reason in your course why you are not in possession of your certificate right now. The general certification process is normally from 6-8 weeks. However, due to the pandemic, the Awarding Bodies service has been impacted which can cause a delay. We are working hard to distribute all the certificates that we have received in a timely manner and we will send a text as soon as the certificates are ready. Please email us on certification@strivetraining.co.uk asap so we can get to the bottom of this and hopefully send you your certificate. When contacting us please include the following information: • Full Name • Title of the qualification • Contact details and address.

“Doing the course if you are unemployed is better than doing nothing, it give you something to do, as it might help you to get a better job or the job you want to do, or to show you have the qualification even if you have been doing that job for a number of years.”
