“Completing the units has been eye –opening experience, fundamentally expanding my understanding of leadership. I have developed a solid toolkit of structured methods for strategic planning, moving beyond instinct to clearly master frameworks like SWOT analysis, which I had known of however not really applied it to my last job role. Also data driven decision-making has been interesting, but would like to develop additional understanding.
I feel that the theory has provided me a good foundation to confidently develop, evaluate effective strategies and execute them in the workplace.
