“Strive Training is one of the best trainers I had. They managed to teach us a vast quantity of information in just five days. The trainer, Abi, was very helpful and informative. There are many training courses and seminars around London, but with her you will not feel sleepy or bored; all the information was there to help us and she managed to make us understand the lectures and our job portfolio in a matter of days.

This course has given me a much deeper understanding of workplace health & safety, structured interview preparation, and the expectations of working within the Civil Service. I’ve learned how to identify and report hazards responsibly, understand the shared duties between employers and employees, and apply practical steps like risk assessment and emergency procedures — all of which contribute to maintaining a safe, professional environment.
Most importantly, I’ve gained confidence in how to present my experience and transferable skills clearly in interviews and applications. “Honestly, when the course started, I thought oh great this is going to boring and a waste of my time. I can honestly say I enjoyed it and learnt some great skills that will help build my CV and give me the confidence and knowledge to have the best interview experience. The tutor Steve was generous with his time and had a brilliant attitude towards us, really felt like he listened to what we needed from him.
