“I found the training and the tutor Wendy very good.
My only criticism would be that it was difficult for me to go straight in with little technical training on the general use of the computer. I had been out of the loop for a long time, even though I was a secretary for many years and the course was generally a refresh.
Therefore I think if the first day or two were dedicated to training on the workings, signing in and out of different portals (I had never used zoom) I would have been more confident from the start.
