“I found the course quite hectic at times, perhaps due to my “inactivity“in the past few months.
Overall it was quite an informative and helpful course to help me on the next career steps.Although the training tutor was at a quick pace at times, was astute and communicative throughout.
The highlight of the course for me was the cv and cover letter writing, mock interview answers, and feedback.Also the presentation with the civil service member of staff was very helpful and informative.The questions that the panel asked at the end of the presentation was brilliant and we had an understanding of how broad the organisation is, and had a sense of encouragement if we would like to apply for a job of the many positions and job openings the civil service has on a daily basis.”

The reason I gave 4 stars is that there were too many people on this for one tutor which led to time wasted because of so many questions from everyone.
Overall though I enjoyed it and want to do more online courses.
