“The course was intensive and well presented.
Because of the amount of content and different learning speeds of the attendees a couple of area's were not given enough priority in my opinion. Maybe smaller classes sizes or extending the time of the course could be beneficial”

Overall the couse is very well structured and presented in a worthwhile manner, a couple of points from me.
1. An overall progress sheet visually would help as some documentation is emailed and others on employability plus, i think this would also take some pressure off the instructor.
2. I asked if there could be a module or focus on transferrable skills in applying for roles, creation of a skills based/functional CV was not apparent.
Overall a very worthwhile course and time spent.

“A great introduction to ways to gain knowledge and confidence when applying for a job whether for the first time or changing job and going in a new direction.
Help was given to compile a CV, covering letter or even for some position that require it a personal statement.
A brief introduction into workplace Health and Safety was given you give you a better understanding on the importance as to why rules and regulations are in force to protect employer and the employee.
I would highly reccomnend attending this 5 day course to help you along your path to gaining a job in 2024 and beyond.”
