“I think this course has many good intentions and purposes. Seems to have the right mentors for the job, as Roz was amazingly patient and helpful. However, I do feel the course could be better organised in terms of skill level. The form covered 20 numerical and English questions but did not go over computer proficiency questions. I don’t feel I got the most out of the course because the different skill set in computer literacy caused a lot of setbacks for the course. Something crucial as the course runs online. 20 numerical questions were asked yet the course didn’t cover anything numerical. The same group of people struggled with following the course and had similar questions. I think they would’ve benefitted from being in a group that covered the most fundamental aspects. However, the course was well organised and I understand how beneficial it can be. I felt very fortunate to be in a class full of lovely, friendly people all doing their best.”

“Very thorough & I've learned a few key things during the course taken. Occasionally a bit slow & repetetive which is to be expected when there are 20+ people all with varying degrees of knowledge & I.T. skills. Some units vs direction instructions from the tutor could be a little contradictory but on the whole, I found the week to be quite valuable.”
