“I liked the teacher, she was accommodating to everyone sped and she separated a different capability students, so I did not felt, I was rushed by other people on the course how are much faster on the computer then me. Most of the people on the course was friendly and patiently with each other.”

“What I think about the training, the training was good. Tina was a good teacher. She split us in two groups due to the level of English that everybody had this barrier. She was jumping from one room to another and.I think Tina did a wonderful job. She had patient. She explained us everything that we have to do. She give us second chance where we didn't know and we didn't understand the question. She formulated that question in that mat, that manner that we can understand exactly what she wants us to answer.”

“It was great. I had no problems with it.n I quite enjoyed it. I learned afew things I never knew before and never understood. The Tutor was great. She was helpful towards everyone. She helped everyone with the questions and she was making sure everyone was up to date with their work so they could pass the course and gt their certificates. She was nice ladie to people. Hopefully I did enough to pass.”

“This course has been very informative and has significantly supported my preparation for interviews, particularly within the Civil Service sector. It provided a clear overview of the recruitment process, the types of roles available, and the expectations and rules that govern the sector.
The mock interview session was especially helpful. It allowed me to identify specific areas for improvement.

“Jonathan was a great trainer, he is very skilled in dealing with people from all walks of life and had a lot of patience.
Training from a student prespective would be better if aligned acording to skill set. we had a couple of students continuously delay the tasks due to lack of basic computing skills, whihc became frustraing”
