“Very good course, very good staff.
They analysed my C.V. and helped me to give it a modernised makeover, things I hadnt noticed myself.
We learned how and when to answer questions more fully in our job applications, and how AI bots are involved in sifting through them, looking for criteria to be met.
We practised interviews in front of panels and learned techniques to answer questions more effectively, both verbally and orally.
It was also useful to be using modern Microsoft office and Teams software, and being involved in Webinars with the Civil Service.
There was also a section on Health and Safety.
I found my class to to full of pro-active people, who were very easy to work with.
I feel that i've really updated and upgraded my skills.
