The group had great banter and relaxed and the information from The Team meeting with the Civil Servants was wonderful and explaining the score on Action being 60% of the STAR process as wel as Behaviours needed.
We were importantly informed that you really ahve to read every aspect of the job and the links that may occur at the bottom as all diferent government departments do vary the information they provide or the way they get you to complete the application. It was important to be aware of this.
It was made clear that practicing STAR and undertaking future mock intervoews I will take this course as it will be super useful.

Emma has a unique emotional energy that is able to read the zoom room , seens current moods of the participants , she is always invoved. She looks at the nonverbal facial expressions during the meeting , even when students are unawear. But i picked up on this. Wonderful interaction. Which aids in communication. She efficiently cared for the group and the cultural, maternal, dynamics also domstic needs of everyone whilst delivering every daily unit.”
