Steve's approach to training made the course less daunting into the Civil Service sector and instead of feeling overwhelmed & drained with all the information I found it learning everything more enjoyable rather than a huge task.

“Strive did a phenomenal job. They say in their literature that they fully support those of us with disabilities and having dealt with other organisations that don't live up to such claims, I had extremely low expectations in this regard; but Steve at Strive never failed to be the most compassionate and supportive. The whole team at Strive that I interacted with were the same. The course ensured that learners of every level fully grasped all the concepts. Steve's patience was inspiring. He helped me to be more patient. This is my first experience of training in decades and I can only hope that other training organisations meet Strive's excellent example. The EmployabilityPlus website was superb. I'm a computer programmer; so I naturally pick up on any bugs and there were none. It was an incredibly smooth user experience from start to finish. The course seemed to cover every possible thing it could concerning job search, application, and interview. I never heard another student suggesting that further information need be added to the course. Clearly the course designers are continually keeping it up to date. GREAT JOB!!!”
