“The Strive Training Civil Servant Employability Course gave me a much better and clearer understanding of the job search process from how to search for suitable job roles, what to look for and how to properly match skills set to role, to the best and more professional methods of how to write a CV, a CL, a Personal statement and conduct a successful job interview.
I gained many useful and positive insights on the subjects covered in the course which boosted my knowledge and my confidence in searching and applying for jobs and prepare for interviews. There was also a day talk with a DWP Civil Servant representative which was quite interesting and useful to gain insights on their application & interviewing process.
