“Had to go back to the search page 3 times, to change my age, and my country. Age wasnt filled initially, but when I entered it, it gave an error and made me change it in the search page, which took me longer than necessary as the price was eventually the same. Same for country.”

“I made a booking requesting a car hire business based in the airport terminal. I was given details and booked. When contacted by the car hire business, I am told it's outside the airport grounds”
