Shirley was extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with, and gave me a good deal on the stove that I wanted. She spoke to the stove company to check my questions on the warranty (which I have not needed yet, of course) and the company shipped it promptly. Even their contracted delivery driver was helpful and friendly.”
