“Brilliant service - wood moisture meter arrived very quickly and is worth every penny. We quickly and easily sorted our random wood pile into 3 sections - logs that are ready to burn, nearly ready and not ready yet. Now have log fires that burn well with no blackened glass”

Thanks Dave, we do ask all of our pallet couriers to call at least an hour before delivery. They should all arrive with a tail-lift and pallet trucks so they can unload themselves. I will certainly pass on your comments :) Jack

“Stove is great. I think a better illustrated User Manual is essential, with diagrams. That provided was worse than useless, The assumption that it’s intuitive is bizarre for such an expenditure to have it not work to full potential.”

Hi - thanks for your review - and thanks for still rating us well even though the manufacturer's manual wasn't great. I actually have to agree with you - its fairly basic isn't it? I hope you were able to make use of our help and support? We could and would have guided you and your installer through the process - that's all part of our service. I will flag that up with the manufacturer - hopefully they can rework those manuals to make them a bit more helpful. It is a good stove you are right, silly for the manual to let it down.
