“We have not received our order”

Hi Aaron, This order has since been returned to us after a failed delivery due to the driver not being able to locate the address. An email was sent to you asking you to provide further information such as a What3Words location but we have not heard back from you. As this has been returned to us, the outgoing carriage will need to be covered again to get this back out. Please refer to our email and respond there. Kind regards, Byron Customer Support

“The initial delivery was in good time but only part of the order was delivered. I had to call to say that we were missing materials. It turned out that there were 2 pallets on the delivery but only one was dropped off. The second one was delivered promptly after. There does appear to still be something missing. We ordered road signs with clips but the clips seem to be missing but rather than going through the hassle of phoning again, we've fixed the signs ourselves. Not sure i'd use your company again.”
